Welcome to my Erika Cameron Intuitive Guidance website. These terms and conditions govern the use of my website and services. By accessing or using my website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1) Services Offered 

My website provides information about intuitive guidance services, resources, and offers guidance sessions. All content shared on my website is for informational, entertainment and general purposes only, and should not be used instead of professional financial, medical or psychological advice. Anyone who chooses to have and/or book an Intuitive Guidance Session with me must be 18 years or over.

2) User Responsibility

You agree to use this website and services responsibly and in compliance with terms, as well.

3) No Guarantee of Results 

While I strive to provide valuable guidance and resources, I do not guarantee any specific results. Your process and outcomes may vary on individual factors and effort.

4) Intellectual Property 

All content on my website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of my website or the licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5) User Content

If you submit any content to my website (eg. testimonials, comments), you grant me a non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use that content for the purpose of my website and services.

6) Privacy

The information you give in an intuitive guidance session will be kept confidential and not shared with any other person or agency, unless; a) I have written permission from you to do so, b) If I believe you may be at risk of physically hurting yourself or someone else, or c) I am bound by Australian law and subpoenaed to do so. I do not record sessions and do not permit them to be recorded by any other party, including the person having the session. If I am required to keep contact information for ongoing appointments, these are also kept confidential.

7) Payment and Refund 

Payment for an Intuitive Guidance Session is due at the end of the session. Payment options range from Tap&Go card facilities, bank transfer or cash. Once the session is finished and payment is made refunds will not be available thereafter. (Please note there is a small transaction fee for using Tap&Go.)

8) Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to my website and services at anytime, without notice, for any reason, including if I believe you have violated these terms.

9) Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from a) Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website; b) Any conduct or content of any other third party on the website; c) any content contained from the website; d) Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

10) Changes to Terms 

I may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. the most current version will always be available on my website after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11) Governing Law

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Australian laws, without its regard to its conflict of law provisions.
